How do I cancel my subscription?

Canceling your account subscription is simple and can accomplished through your Trader Dashboard.

  1. Access Your Trader Dashboard: Log into your Trader Dashboard and locate the account associated with the subscription you want to cancel.

  2. Click the Vertical Three Dots: Once you find the account, off to the right of the account name, click the three vertical dots to open a menu of options.

  3. Click Cancel Account: Select the option to cancel the account and proceed to finalize the process.

4. Finality of Cancellation: Once you cancel the subscription, the canceled account cannot be renewed or reset. There are no refunds for any unused time or services; the cancellation is final.

Important Notes

  • If you do not see your subscription listed or the cancel button is unavailable, please email support@etf.fund. Provide ETF Support with the account number you wish to cancel, and they will handle the cancellation.

  • Fast Track accounts are excluded from the cancellation process since they do not have a monthly subscription that renews.

    • If you cannot pass the Fast Track within 10 or 14 calendar days, the evaluation auto‑fails and cannot be reset.
