When archiving an active account, you are prompted to the following window.

 

 

Click the "show archived" tab on your trader dashboard if the account is archived. Go through and make sure you didn't archive any active accounts. If you see "cancel" next to the renewal date on an archived account, that subscription was not canceled before being archived.

 

 

Please remember to cancel your active subscriptions before archiving them.
