Why did I get charged for a failed account?

Canceling a subscription is the trader's responsibility. If you fail an account or do not want to use the account anymore, please remember to cancel the subscription.

Archiving an account does not cancel it.

Why did I get charged for an account I archived? Archiving an account does not cancel the subscription. How do I cancel my subscription? Fast Tracks do not renew monthly and others you can cancel via your trader dashboard How do I know if my subscription is still active? If you see "cancel" next to the renewal date on an account, that subscription is still active.
