Evaluation FAQ

What if I fail the evaluation?

Failing an evaluation is part of the learning process, and Elite Trader Funding (ETF) offers options to help you continue without starting over completely.

Note: This does not reset your Elite Sim-Funded account; to learn more, visit Reset Your Elite Sim-Funded Account

Monthly Resets for Active Subscriptions

As long as your subscription is active, failed non-Fast Track evaluations receive an automatic reset at the time of monthly subscription renewal. This reset occurs automatically around the original evaluation purchase date.

Immediate Reset Option

If you wish to restart immediately, you can pay a $47 reset fee per evaluation to resume trading without waiting for the renewal date. Note that this immediate reset does not change the monthly renewal schedule.

  • Redeem Rewards: You may use reward points to pay for the reset. To learn more about using points, visit the article below.

What are Reward Points?

Ongoing Subscription Terms

  • Monthly Subscription: Payments are billed every 30 days until you pass the evaluation or cancel the subscription.

  • Account Balance and Stats: If you haven’t failed, your current balance, drawdown, and trading stats carry over to the next month.

Failed Account Becomes Unassigned

Failed accounts are unassigned daily at 5 PM EST (2 PM PST, 3 PM CST). After this point, you will lose platform access. If you need to review stats post-failure, please contact ETF support for assistance.
