Automatic Reset on Subscription Renewal

General Questions

Automatic Reset on Subscription Renewal

At Elite Trader Funding (ETF), we offer an automatic reset for your evaluation if it’s in a failed state when your subscription renews. This policy helps traders continue their journey without any additional cost for resets.

How It Works

  • If you have an active subscription and your evaluation enters a failed state, ETF will automatically reset your evaluation once your renewal payment is processed.

  • This reset comes at no additional charge after your subscription renewal, allowing you to retry without incurring any extra fees.

  • Important: This policy applies only to evaluation accounts and does not apply to Elite accounts.

    • If your subscription payment is not successful, your subscription will be voided, and your account will be revoked.
