How It Works
- If you have an active subscription and your evaluation enters a failed state, ETF will automatically reset your evaluation once your renewal payment is processed.
- This reset comes at no additional charge after receiving your renewal payment, allowing you to retry without incurring any extra fees.
- Important: This policy applies only to evaluation accounts and does not apply to Elite accounts.
