Tradovate Account Troubleshooting: No Real-Time Data or Access Issues in TradingView

If you’re experiencing issues with your Tradovate account, such as missing real-time data or inability to access it in TradingView, follow these steps to resolve the problem.

Step 1: Confirm Data Agreement Signed

Ensure you have signed the required data agreement upon logging into Tradovate.

  1. Login: Access Tradovate through their trader dashboard

    1. Username Confirmation: Verify you are using the username we provided. The username is located on the ETF dashboard.

    2. Sign Agreement: Once logged in, complete the data agreement.

Step 2: Enable Real-Time Data by Logging Out

After signing the data agreement, log out of your Tradovate account to refresh the system and enable real-time data.

  1. Log Out: Logging out finalizes the agreement and activates real-time data.

  2. Re-login if Needed: Once logged out, you may need to log back in to confirm data activation.
