Who qualifies as a professional user?
- Individuals or entities providing financial or similar services to third parties.
- Registered or qualified traders or investment advisers associated with any stock, commodities, or futures exchange, or regulatory body.
- Individuals or employees of institutions that engage in brokerage, banking, investment, or other financial activities.
- Members or those affiliated with any of the CME Group Designated Contract Markets (DCM) or any other exchange.
Non-Professional Market Data
- Non-professional market data is included with your ETF evaluation at no additional cost. It is intended for individual investors and retail traders who do not operate within a professional capacity.
- Who qualifies as a non-professional user?
- Must have an active futures trading account.
- Must not be a member or hold any type of membership at any exchange.
- Must not have a primary business purpose that involves trading.
- Must not be registered or qualified as a professional trader or investment adviser.
