Rithmic performs weekly maintenance and in the event you create an account after 4pm CST on a Friday, you must wait until Sunday 4pm CST. At that point, please log out and back into Ninja Trader to see your account(s).
This maintenance window also effects users who passed there evaluation on a Friday and are waiting on Elite status.
