Maintenance Schedule

Rithmic conducts weekly system maintenance from Friday 4:00 PM CST to Sunday 4:00 PM CST. If you create a trading account after 4:00 PM CST on a Friday, you will not be able to access your account until maintenance concludes on Sunday at 4:00 PM CST.

Account Access After Maintenance

If you create an account during the maintenance window, or pass your evaluation late on a Friday, here’s what you need to do:

  • Log Out and Log Back In: Once maintenance is complete (Sunday 4:00 PM CST), log out of your platform, such as NinjaTrader, and log back in to access your account.
  • Access to Elite Status: If you passed your evaluation on a Friday and are waiting to achieve Elite status, you will need to wait until after the maintenance window to see the update reflected in your account.
