Why Is Your Account Not Showing?

In NinjaTrader, when "Global Simulation Mode" is enabled, your account is restricted to simulation-only trading. This prevents your live or funded accounts, including Rithmic accounts, from displaying. To resolve this, you’ll need to disable the Global Sim Mode.

How to Disable Global Simulation Mode in NinjaTrader

  1. Open NinjaTrader Control Center: Navigate to the NinjaTrader Control Center window.
  2. Go to Tools: Click on the "Tools" menu in the Control Center.
  3. Uncheck Global Simulation Mode: Find "Global Simulation Mode" and ensure the box is unchecked. This will switch NinjaTrader from simulation mode to live mode.
