Evaluation Account Reset
Access Your Trader Dashboard: Log in to your account and go to the Trader Dashboard.
Select the Evaluation to Reset: Locate the evaluation you want to reset, then click the Reset Account button. Fast Track accounts cannot be reset.
Confirmation and Process: Your account will be reset to its original settings, allowing you to resume trading from a fresh start.

Reset Timing
Resets for failed evaluation accounts occur immediately upon monthly renewal, allowing traders to continue without significant interruption.
Your Elite Sim-Funded subscription will auto-cancel when you fail the account. Resets for failed Elite Sim-Funded accounts can be requested from your Trader dashboard or by contacting ETF Support.
