Sponsor. Elite Trader Funding, LLC (“ETF” or “Sponsor”) is the sponsor of this promotion.
No Purchase Necessary (AMOE). No purchase is required to enter or win. To enter for free without buying an evaluation account, email a 200-word essay titled “Why I Want to Tame the BEAST in Trading” including your full name, age, address, and phone number to amoe@elitetraderfunding.com by no later than 1 hour before the official event end time stated in the event notice. Limit one (1) AMOE entry per person. AMOE entries have the same chance of winning as paid entries.
Entry Allocation. Each eligible AMOE entrant will receive the same number of entries as permitted under the official event rules, but in no case may an AMOE entry exceed the maximum number of entries stated in the official event notice. AMOE entries are assigned by Sponsor in a manner equivalent to meeting the event’s minimum profit requirement. All entries, paid and free, are of equal dignity and weight.
Odds of Winning. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received from all sources (paid and free) and the prize-specific selection method described in the official event details. Some prizes may be awarded to a fixed number of winners (e.g., P winners out of N total entries, yielding approximate odds of P / N per entry). Other prizes may be awarded to a randomly selected percentage of all eligible entries (e.g., 1%, 5%, or 10% of entries). Percentages are approximate, and Sponsor may round up or down to the nearest whole number of winners. Each entry has an equal chance within the applicable selection pool. Actual odds for each prize type may vary and will be disclosed in the official event notice.
Winner Notification (AMOE). Winners who entered via AMOE will be notified by reply to the same email address used for entry. A potential winner may be required to respond within the timeframe stated in the notice; failure to respond, undeliverable notification, or ineligibility may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate.
Taxes. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on prizes. Sponsor may require completion of tax documentation (e.g., Form W-9) prior to prize fulfillment and may issue an IRS Form 1099 for the fair market value of the prize if required by law.
Eligibility. Open to legal U.S. residents 18+. Void where prohibited. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family/household members are ineligible.
Verification; Compliance. All entries are subject to verification and must comply with these rules and the event notice. Noncompliant entries may be void.
Privacy. Personal information submitted is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (see site link).

General Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time, and to disqualify any individual who tampers with or abuses the entry process or otherwise violates these rules.
